Input
Many legacy ERP systems hosted within local data centers. This distributed heterogenious system is high cost low reliability solution hence consolidation and migration to central cloud base Hana is key.
Challenge
Design and implement a highly scalable and secure environment within Azure Cloud to host a centralized, global instance of SAP S4/HANA Digital Core platform. Provide a highly efficient and automated environment as a response to a complex requirement for a ‘beating heart’ of the organization.
Solution
Designing the solution needed architect level consultancy and full cooperation with engineering team. An extra step was taken to bring additional value to the organization. An extremely stable, bulletproof environment was created with the ability to scale up and down to optimize the costs and with modern approach to automate deployments (DevOps and Infrastructure as a Code). Security measures are top priority, solution meeting the highest security standards (e.g. SOX, NIST). Adherence to the industry best practices and newest vendor guidance provide a very modern environment easily accessible for different roles, plus strength integration with partners and customers. This foundation allows the organization to focus on business transformation and business goals having a solid partner in the infrastructure and cloud service area.
